Healium Intelliscan provides AI-powered ultrasound technology for the early detection and management of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). Our Services include, but are not limited to, AI-driven ultrasound devices, advanced renal health diagnostics, personalized perfusion modeling, and predictive analytics for CKD progression. Our technology aims to enhance precision and clarity in diagnosis, facilitate early detection, and support proactive treatment adjustments.
User Responsibilities
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Healium Intelliscan. Healium Intelliscan has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Healium Intelliscan shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Healium Intelliscan and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; (b) a breach of these Terms, or (c) content posted on the Service.

Healium Intelliscan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
